Don't Lose Your Fire
You know that feeling you get after a vacation when you're just so happy to get back to reality? Me neither... It is taking a little time to adjust after a weak in California but Miami is right around the corner. 52 days and counting. Good thing I am already packed to avoid the rush. Right?
Anyways, back to the good stuff. I had the opportunity to shoot nightlife. At first I was super skeptical about it but I honestly do miss it. I decided to pull out the DSLR and give it a whirl. Niykee Heaton at Electric Hotel Nightclub was everything I expected it to be. I saw some familiar faces and had fun doing it! I had another opportunity to shoot at Electric Hotel Nightclub this weekend but I ended up getting sick. I guess I'll have to shoot Baauer another day. I decided to continue focusing on my health and took the night off for myself. As much as I wanted to shoot the event, I finally buckled down and realized there is always another day. I may work like I am a machine but in the end, I am human.
Slow and steady wins the race! Never give up on a dream just because of the time it will take to accomplish it; The time will pass anyway. For now, I will sit in front of this bonfire and enjoy the view.
