“We're going on a trip, In our favorite rocket ship!” - Little Einsteins
I had the opportunity to travel to California for a Hardware Engineering Mentorship Event and took this gem. Life has been crazy and this is the first time in a while I had the chance to be in my element. Apple Park was like Disney Land and I can’t wait to go back! I know nobody cares about a sunset and you all want pictures of Julia. Don’t worry, they are on the way!
Weighing in at 4lbs 15oz...

It is home stretch! Almost time!
We wanted to thank our family and friends that came out to celebrate Julia, Mother’s Day, and our Anniversary. Per usual, huge shoutout to Kreate with Kvnvas for capturing the moments! We wish we could have come home for everyone to celebrate but traveling isn’t an option for us at the moment. Thank you to all of our family and friends who contributed to our registry. We appreciate your support more than you can imagine. Here are pictures from the baby shower.
We're Here For the Sex!
No we didn’t make a porno you nasties!
Juju and I are happy to announce we are having a girl! With preparations for the baby, we will not be able to travel home for a baby shower. If you’d like to buy Julia Danielle Nammari a gift, we are sure she will appreciate it! Here is the list she put together: Baby Registry 🥰
Dad Bod Gone Wild: This Isn't Even My Final Form

Jumana and I are happy to announce we have a little nugget in the oven due June 2023! As you can imagine, this is by far the best early/late birthday present a guy can ask for. Happy 32nd birthday to me! Stay tuned for the gender reveal next month!
By The Power Vested In Me
Before I say anything I just want to start off by saying….. God is good all the time!
Congrats to Mr. and Mrs. Kneeland! I honestly had this sitting in my queue since September but I forgot to hit post… Oops… For those that did not know, I can (legally) marry you.
I haven’t forgotten about my roots. Shot on iPhone is still a thing but there has been a lot going on in Austin. Work, wife, and life is good. Stay tuned for some new new on the new new!

Photo Dump: 41 Days To Go
“Sleep is for the weak” - Unknown
Dear friends,
I’m still alive. I had a few people reach out asking why I fell off the face of the earth. I have been so busy with work and getting ready for this wedding. Gym at 5:30 am, work 12+ hour days, go to sleep, and do it all over again in the morning. Yes I removed all social platforms except this one. I needed to get rid of the distractions. Here are some pictures to make up for lost times. Things will go back to normal soon. Until then, ✌🏽

“Damn… You’re old as shit…” - Danny
I want to thank everyone for the birthday wishes today. This was my first birthday away from home and it was a great feeling to have all my close friends and family reach out as if I was still home. 31 is going to be a huge year! Stay tuned for all the exciting things to come!
Goodbye NWI! OSQ to MSQ!
“Bye Felicia” - Craig
I have been asked why I haven’t been consistently posting… No I am not dead.. I have a legitimate reason on why I have been so busy. Apple Orland Square will no longer be my home away from home. I accepted an offer as a Hardware Engineering Technician with Mac System Quality. Unlike my last experience when I moved to California, this is a permanent role! I will be moving to Austin, Texas on November 12th to work at the Corporate Campus! This has been a HUGE year with a lot of changes and I want to thank everyone who has been my support system this entire ride. With this being a special post, I will bless your eye balls with a ton of macro photography taken on the new iPhone 13 Pro Max! Here is a flower, a roof shingle, rust on a bench, a leaf(s), light bulbs in mason jars, and rain drops on a door!
(P.S.) If you want to get us an early wedding gift to help us out with the move, that would be much appreciated! Click here to see our registry!

So since some family members don’t know how to keep secrets, we are announcing this early. We did a thing! I know what you’re thinking… No this is not a troll! Shoutout to Kevin at Kvnvas for making these look perfect! We can not wait for what ever the world has in store for us! Thank you to all those that support us along the way! Sky’s the Limit: 3 for 1 Special
“Be patient when becoming someone you haven’t been before” - Tanya Markul
Sometimes you need to get away to get a new perspective on life.
It Be Like That Sometimes…
“My biggest regret is not fighting even though it was the right thing to do” - Anonymous
There are certain people that’ll inhabit a small, quite space inside your heart despite any circumstance, happening, or situation. They left a piece of themselves when your souls collided upon impact. There they will always subtly remain. There is always light at the end of the tunnel. Stay positive and keep grinding…
When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road you’re trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low but the debts are high,
And you want to smile but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit…
Rest if you must, but don’t you quit!Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As every one of us sometimes learns,
And many failures turn about
When we might have won had we stuck it out.
Don’t give up though the pace seems slow…
You may succeed with another blow.Often the struggler has given up
When he might have captured the victor’s cup;
And he learned too late when the night came down,
How close he was to the golden crown.Success is failure turned inside out…
And you can never tell how close you are
It may be near when it seems so far.
So stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit
It’s when things seem worst that you must not quit.- Edgar A. Guest

"Sometimes life is too uncertain to have regrets" - Kakarot

The Benefits of Floating
Getting rid of all sensory input allows the ‘constantly-make-sure-you’re-not-dying’ part of your brain to chill out for a second, allowing the creative, relaxed part of your brain to come out and play. Without the constant pressure of analyzing the world around you, your body lowers its levels of cortisol, the main chemical component of stress. Your brain also releases elevated levels of dopamine and endorphins, the neurotransmitters of happiness. Here are some of the benefits.
The tank suppresses the functioning of the sympathetic nervous system which when active produces our fight or flight response. And it then activates the parasympathetic nervous system which is responsible for relaxation, healing, replenishment, etc. Some physical symptoms of the relaxation response are decreased muscle tension, decreased blood pressure, decreased stress hormones, and increased endorphins. Research indicates increased visual acuity, improved tactile perception, improved auditory sensitivity, and increased taste sensitivities after floating.
The tanks environment eliminates as much external input as possible. It lets your nervous system have a break. In a city with a constant buzz or hum, our systems rarely experience (if ever) the isolation and silence that the tanks environment provides. Having this experience can be very refreshing, nourishing and healthy for our bodies and minds. We are well adapted for acute stress, however, for chronic stressors such as noise and air pollution; business, social, and family pressures; war; unemployment; street crime fear; general antagonism between the sexes; we are not well adapted and have been cited to be a cause of several forms of disease.
From managing chronic stress and inducing a natural calm, to facilitating introspection and identifying various less-serving modes of thinking, many people report drastically improved sleeping abilities. The change in your physical state and your mental outlook may provide you with a healthier perspective in which to put your body and mind to rest much easier each night if sleeping is an issue. Also, 90 minutes in the tank can feel like 6-8 hours of sleep. It is extremely therapeutic, refreshing and rejuvenating. So if you pulled an all-nighter, suffer from insomnia or have a baby who never lets you sleep the night through, floating can help make up for any lack of sleep you may experiencing. Not having to fight gravity lets your muscles, joints, and bones take a well-deserved break. Your body suddenly has loads of extra resources (usually spent supporting your weight, regulating temperature, and trying not to get speeding tickets), which it gets to focus on things like healing and resting.

I ordered this Goku: Spirit Bomb lamp 3 months ago and it finally came in! Just wanted to let everyone know!
